Mesh & Stringing Guide
Everything you need to size, string, and care for your Mist City mesh — so your pocket plays as good as it looks.
Sizing & Fit
Every piece is standard lacrosse mesh — 10-diamond, cut to spec, and compatible with all standard heads (attack, middie, and defense shafts alike). No need to pick a size; one piece strings one head.

Stringing Basics
Top String First
Anchor the top of the mesh across the scoop, keeping tension even so the channel sits centered.
Sidewalls Down
Work both sidewalls top-to-bottom one diamond at a time. Match your interlock count side-to-side for a symmetric pocket.
Set the Pocket
Decide pocket depth as you go — mid is the most versatile and legal for most levels.
Bottom String
Finish with the bottom string and dial in hold. Play a wall and re-tighten after the first session.
New to stringing? A local shop can string your Mist City mesh in minutes — or commission a finished piece from us.
Caring for Hand-Dyed Mesh
- Hand-dyed color is set after washing — minor fade over a heavy season is normal character, not a defect.
- Break the mesh in with a wall workout and a little water; avoid soaking or machine washing.
- Store strung sticks out of direct sun and extreme heat to keep color vivid.
- A baggable, weather-resistant pocket holds its shape across all conditions.
