Shipping Rates
We ship from our shop in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Canada and US orders use tracked Stallion Express shipping; international destinations receive a live tracked quote at checkout. Orders are dyed and packed to order, typically shipping within 3–5 business days.
Canada postage is quoted live at checkout and US postage is CAD $10.00 before the free-shipping threshold. US import duties are CAD $6.00 per order containing mesh and are shown separately at checkout. International orders receive a live rate before payment. Standard postage is free at $99 CAD before discounts — including rural and remote addresses.
Canadian postage is quoted live for your exact address, at our real cost with no markup — usually $6–8to a city. Rural addresses and PO Boxes genuinely cost more to reach, sometimes a lot more, because the low-cost couriers don't serve them and the parcel has to go Canada Post. Your exact rate appears after you complete your shipping address, so there are never surprise charges after checkout.
Custom-Dyed Colorways
Build-your-own colorways from the Argyle builder are hand-dyed to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. We'll send you an update when your piece is on the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked on your mesh. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- Unused, unstrung mesh can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original condition — no dye transfer, no stringing holes.
- Custom-dyed and commissioned pieces are final sale (made specifically for you).
- Defective or incorrect items? We'll make it right — no questions asked.
To start a return, email us at mistcitylacrosse@protonmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label for defective items.
