Shipping Rates
We ship from our shop in Niagara Falls, Ontario, with live tracked rates calculated at checkout based on your address — no guessing, no markup. Orders are dyed and packed to order, typically shipping within 3–5 business days.
Exact shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order — you always see the price before you pay. US orders ship domestically from within the United States via USPS, so there are no customs delays or import duties for you to worry about. Free shipping applies to any order over $99 CAD.
Custom-Dyed Colorways
Build-your-own colorways from the Argyle builder are hand-dyed to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. We'll send you an update when your piece is on the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked on your mesh. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- Unused, unstrung mesh can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original condition — no dye transfer, no stringing holes.
- Custom-dyed and commissioned pieces are final sale (made specifically for you).
- Defective or incorrect items? We'll make it right — no questions asked.
To start a return, email us at mistcitylacrosse@protonmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid return label for defective items.
